CAMP ATTERBURY JOINT MANEUVER TRAINING CENTER, Ind., (2/26/10) -- Tenants throughout Indiana are raking leaves, mowing grass, paying rent and getting evicted.
They are discovering being responsible isn't enough to avoid eviction due to foreclosure.
