A message from the Chief: Mr. James Lamback

Mr. James Lamback is the National Guard Bureau's primary point of contact for Employer Support issues for the Army and Air National Guard.
In this capacity, Mr. Lamback is the liaison with various National Boards and Committees representing Employer Support issues relating to National Guard Service members and their families.

As the Chief, National Guard Bureau's ESGR Program Manager through the Director, Manpower and Personnel for the National Guard Bureau, Mr. Lamback serves as the National Guard contact for legislative issues concerning the employer arena to include proposed benefits.
Additionally, as the Program Manager, he provides direction for State Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Program Specialists to readily assist military members and their families.
