Tasking

The program actively works with private employers to allow employee participation in the National Guard and Reserve by providing a communication venue for both parties to answer questions, address concerns, and to mediate disputes.

We also promote and train ESGR volunteers at the State and local levels in order to provide community level support to military members and their families.

These local contacts are the frontline to guide in the use of national, state, regional, and community resources and referrals based on the needs of the member and their families.
