LTC Alfranda "Al" Durr - Chief, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response

LTC Durr enlisted in the Washington Army National Guard (WAARNG) in September 1981
and held the rank of Private First Class prior to receiving his commission as a
Second Lieutenant through the Washington State University ROTC program in December

LTC Durr holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Washington State University.
He is currently working on MBA from Touro University. He is a graduate of the Washington
State Criminal Justice Training Commission.

the Army Commendation Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Achievement Medal (4 Oak
