Check your junk mail folder. If it is not there, check that the primary email address
identified in your JSS user profile is current and accurate. (Click Edit profile
in the Login bar.) If necessary, update the email address in your user profile and
click Forgot Password again.
Check that you have activated your JSS account. To do this, look through your email
inbox for a message from JSS. (Check your junk mail folder as well). Open the message
and click the link provided to activate your account.
